editing recurring meetings

G

Gelpaks

When I edit a single meeting, things work fine. When I want to edit one
occurance or all instances of a recurring meeting, I get a form that asks me
to change the "To" area of the form and I do not have the option to save and
close. In the "To" line I have a description of what the meeting is (i.e.
7:00am - 3pm Training) and I do this on all the meetings. How can I edit the
recurring meeting, such as end time, without having to designate recipients?
This is a public calendar and it is seen by everyone in my department, but I
am the only one who can edit it.

It sounds like a meeting request, not a meeting. What version of Outlook?

So do I need to set it up as an event or appointment instead of a meeting?
