Editing "Sites" Page

As administrator, why can I not edit the web parts in the "Sites" area of
2003 Sharepoint Beta?

There are newsgroups on this server dedicated to SharePoint. Unless you've
got questions specific to using SharePoint with Project, you'll get a lot
more action in the SharePoint newsgroups.
