editing subweb when your password doesn't work

I published a site with a subweb. Somehow the password for the Permissions
got corrupted (I wrote it down when I set up the psite and used it for a
couple of days while working on it). Now I can't get into the subweb to
edit and complete it. Other than deleting it and starting over, what
options do I have?

Contact the people who host your site.
Can you get into the root web? Just curious.

I could get into the root web just fine. I ended up contacting the host and
they said to uninstall FP Extensions and then I could change the permissions
from the control panel. Then reinstall FP Extensions. I did that and
everything works great.
