Editing the Task Updates View

Anton

Hi,

I need to make some modifications to the Task Updates view in PWA for
project server 2007 however I am unable to locate the view in the
Manage Views section of PWA?

Are we able to edit this field? And if so how can we locate this? In
addition to the above query we would like to ensure that Baseline Work
included in the timesheet grid against Actual Work in the Task Updates
View. Is this possible? and if so how could we achieve this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There are no default settings in Project Server 2007 that allow you to edit
the Task Updates view. So, this means you cannot add the Baseline Work
column to the Task Updates view. Sorry.

The Tasks Update view under Approvals is a webpart not a view that is managed
from Server Settings. Now as far as modifing these items I would say no not
without custom coding. I haven't seen these items changed before if I
understand your question correctly.

I have tried modifying the web part for the Task Updates page but
there were no options allowing me to add new fields. Guess this
cannot be done!! Thanks for your responses guys!
