Editing tiff files

I have a scanned document, a tiff file that I am opening in Office Document
Imaging. I would like to delete a footer on the document and insert any own
footer. Could anyone help with this task? I have already tried sending it to
word and using other programs to open the file but no luck!

Use your favorite image editor to open and crop the document. You can use
Paint if you don't have anything else.

Hi,

So how do we crop/resize a multi-page Tiff image.

The old version Imaging can do that in "property", page by page though.
But I don't know how to do it in the new Document Imaging....

Microsoft Office Picture Manager can not work on multi-page Tiff file.

THANKS!

Hi Perry,

Can you clarify the version of Office you're using and an example of what
you'd like to do in MS Office Document Imaging?
(are you trying to rotate/resize only one page in a multipage TIFF, or ???)

Sure! It's:
Microsoft Office Document Imaging, v11.0.1897.0
Microsoft Office 2003 sp1

Yes, I am trying to resize a multipage TIFF. Not just one, but a few pages
in the file.

Thank you!

perry.
