Editing User Accounts

Hello. I'm wanting to set up an User's Account that only has the basics. I
don't want to share programs that they would have access to and thus change.

Mostly, I want them to only be able to use the word processing function and
internet access.

If possible, I would love them to only have access to the internet when they
enter a password.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

This question is not a Microsoft Office-related question, which is what this
newsgroup is for. User accounts are set up on the operating system, so you
should post your question in a group that addresses issues with your
specific operating system.

http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/list/en-us/default.aspx is a
web-based portal with an alpha list of the groups on the MS server. You
should be able to find various Windows groups toward the bottom of the list.
Click the + next to the appropriate (OS) topic heading to expand the list.
