editing web pages with front page

Everytime i try to publish a web page from frontpage, i try and send it
to my webpage but it says that the server does not allow http only ftp?
i either need to know how to send it with http or how to get it fro ftp
once its sent there?

Your host server either supports the FP Server Extensions or they don't
