Editing with Front Page option in IE6

OK..I feel stupid asking..but I have this option on my
FILE menu on one PC and do not have it on another. Both
have FP2002 installed. Anyone know how I can get that
option back?

Right click the IE icon on the desktop.
Select Properties > Programs and set
FrontPage as the default html editor in the dropdown list.
