editing without FP

I have a web site that I used FP. I want to edit the web site, but I don't
have FP with me now. I only want to change some text. Can I edit it with IE
7 or something else?

Also, I was not sure what forum to use, but there is a non-FP web site that
I have that I also need to edit text. Can I also do it were I am now?

Yes, you can make content changes with Notepad if you want.
