It's OK - I've now discovered the conninfo facility

What conninfo facility? Editsite for 2003 should be out soon.

After installing Project Server 2003 - Conninfo.exe seems to be placed
in Project Server 2003/BIN/1033 (or similar) folder.
Might not do everything that editsite does but seems to work ok for
repointing Project Server IIS at replacement database/location which
is my requirement.
