EditSite utility and Project Server 2003

We are trying to implement a hosted service of Project Server 2003. recently, we received the editsite.exe utility for Project Server 2003, and have been able to use it to create separate sites for customers (in testing) so that Company A can have its own project site and Company B can have its own project site with completely separate databases.
However, since using this tool and creating multiple project server sites on the server, AD group synchronisation has ceased operating correctly. The errors below are from event log. Does anyone have any ideas??

I don't have any details, but during a recent support call to MS on a
Project Server 2003 problem, the tech mentioned that there are "known
issues" with AD synchronization and they are either working on (or
planning to work on) a patch.

If no one here has any better information, you might want to follow up
with MS support to find out if this is a known issue.
