Editting HTML in the Shared Border

R

Rhonda

When I click the HTML tab on Frontpage to add HTML code,
it doesn't show the shared border html, only the main page.
How do I find the Border HTML code so I can add a
javascript?
Also, I was practicing adding the javascript
(dropdownmenu) on the main page in the meantime and when I
published it, it gave me javascript errors and never went
to the right page. What could cause a javascript error?
Or is that too general a question?
Thanks in advance,
Rhonda

Update the files in the _borders folder.

If you can't see the _borders folder, choose Tools, Site
Settings, Advanced and select Show Hidden Files And
Folders.

That's too general a question. You would have to post
either the URL or the code and the error message.

You have to open the file from the _borders folder - the shared borders are html
files just like any other.
