Microsoft has a set of eductional shapes available for free download that
are available at:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...d5-1b4a-4a6b-ad12-197b8e2a0c61&DisplayLang=en

The description on that page is:
The Microsoft Office Visio 2007 Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics shapes
have been designed to take the tedium out of creating commonly used visual
notations such as molecules, mathematical functions, and circuit diagrams.
These shapes can be downloaded for use with your existing copy of Microsoft
Office Visio 2007. The included shape libraries are:
.. Chemistry: Molecules, Organic Compounds.
.. Mathematics: 3-D Geometry, Analytical Geometry, Angles, Circles &
Ellipses, Common Functions, Exponential, Logarithmic, and Power Functions,
Hyperbolas and Parabolas, Plane Geometry, Sets, Sine, Cosine, and Tan.
.. Physics: Circuit Diagrams, Lenses, Mirrors, and Prisms, Light Sources and
Waves, Magnetism, Pulleys and Levers, Vehicles.

Though they are all listed as individual downloads, the All Shapes one gives
you the works.

( I still wish the Silicon Knight would make his chemistry lab equipment
shapes available again)

Note....these only work in any way at all in 2007....in 2003 they come up
totally 100% blank.

Strange. I'm not having any trouble seeing these shapes in V2003 Pro.
Fundamentally, both versions should handle these the same.

it appears to work if you download the entire package.
Individual packages still appear blank.

Sorry for the distraction

Just tried that, they're still fine here in Visio 2003. It does seem,
um, somewhat peculiar, the way that the Allshapes.zip is hidden among
the vss and vst files. I've just had a look at the source code for
that page. it uses javascript just to create a download button and
link! That's probably why it's going wrong. And there are standard
HTML buttons as well for non-javascript browsers. Hmmm, looks like
something written by the OneCare team!

Try turning off javascript and downloading again.
