Effect-Howto: Pull-down menu effect in Powerpoin? How?

Hi;

i need a pull-down like effect in powerpoint. This should look like the
following plan:
- show a chapter heading then
- under the header successively show an enumeration with a name and and a number
- when the enumerartion ends show the sum of the numbers
- now fade the enumeration up under the heading and place the sum right to the
heading
- do the same with a few more chapters...

how can i make such an effect?
which technics would you prefere?
is there a commercial product, that has the ability to such an effet in Powerpoint?
