I have a few users who complain of "speed" issues accessing outlook. We have
approximately 800-1000 mailboxes and there is some lag time as the bandwidth
between buildings seems somewhat maxed out. However, users in a remote
facility are opening upwards of 7-12 calendars (conference rooms and their
execs) that they complain the speed of access is inordinately long (perhaps a
minute at times).
Does having the additional calendars open, affect their own inbox access to
the exchange server?.. my guess - absolutely - just seeking confirmation and
perhaps any suggestions... (by the way - closing the calendars is not an
option they are accepting....)
