Access 2000. I have a main table and a details table, The main table is for
employee Id, Date, District Id, and expenses. etc. The details table list
the details of the employees day, including: Fees, Customer, Hours, Miles.
(One record per customer). An employee may have 1 to 6 records in the
details table per day. I have created a query to give me the following
results grouped by date. Employee id, customer, fees, miles, expenses. The
problem is that expenses are duplicated by the number of records in the
details table. If the expenses are $48.00 for a particular day and there
are 3 records in the detals table, I get $48.00 3 times. How do I get a
result of $48.00 only once for a single date?
