Eliminate Spam - import list into Outlook rules??

I have Eliminate Spam as a plug in in Outlook XP and
wanted to import the list of banned domains into Outlook
rules. Is there a way to import these? Maybe through the
registry. I have over 200 domains and that many address
that I don't want to re-type. I want to get rid of
Eliminate Spam because we are on server based email and it
only works while Outlook is running.
