Can I make a rule in Outlook 2003 that will delete any messaage EXCEPT one
that is addressed specifically to MY address?

I'm getting a lot of spam from a domain name I have and the spammers are
using my domain name with addresses I don't possess. I want to set up a rule
that will only let through my specific address at that domain, into my
Outlook.
