Eliminating setting up trusted sites in the browser

W

Walter

We are running 2003.

Is there any way we can configure our system to eliminate having to have the
site added to the trusted sites in the individual user's browser?

Worst case, they set it up themselves...and make errors.
Middle case, we make it part of our system policies.
Best case, we set something up in the backend that elminates this completely.

Q1. Is there anyway to do the best case?
Q2. Does PS 2007 change this in any way?

Thanks,

Walter

Hi Walter,

Question 1: no best case cant be implemented. The easiest way is to make the
trusted site part of your group policy. Then you dont have to worry about it
anymore.

Question 2: No sorry mate, 2007 still needs to have PWA set up as a trusted
site.

Hope this helps
