Eliminating the page number from first page of document

How do I eliminate the page number from the first page of the document and
begin the page numbering (page 1) on page 2?

Excel isn't like word with different page layouts like this.

You could print page 1 without the header/footer, then add header/footer and
print pages 2-xxx.
