eliminating top margin on Netscape

When I preview my page in Netscape, it always shows a top
margin of about 15 pixels. This does not show up when I
preview in IE with page option set to zero top margin.
Does anyone know how to get rid of this top margin in
Netscape? Thanks.

For NN add the NN margins attributed marginheight="0" marginwidth="0" in your body tag
