eliminating unwanted tag above form

I think I encountered this once before, years ago, and
finally found how to resolve it, but unfortunately can't
remember the answer now.

This tag: [FrontPage Save Results Component]
shows above my form in the browser.

I've spent the better part of two hours reading posts and
searching without finding the answer herein, so havng
exhibited at least some due patience, can someone advise
me how to eliminate the line?
