Hi Bill,
Please add me to the long list of grateful members who you have helped. I
took your advice, but was able to fix the problem by removing and renaming
some data files (by checking the destination paths).
Therefore, the pfbackup works great and the folder list in Outlook 2002
shows only one of archive, outlook and personal files.
I just wanted to consult you before I attempted to correct the last
remaining problem - namely the duplication of such sub-folders as Calendar
and Contacts in both the Outlook and Personal Folders.
After reading a number of threads in this forum, it seems to me that the
procedure of establishing a new profile may not apply here because it serves
to manipulate the parent folders (archive,outlook,personal) rather than the
sub-folders because it involves pointing at pst files, rather than
subcomponents.
