2 of my colleagues are not receiving news items when they are clearly listed
on the elists. The mailtalk helpline is receiving confirmation receipts that
mail has successfully been delivered, however, they are not reaching us.

I have checked:-
Local rules
MailMarshal and nothing has been blocked
Storage restrictions

Any more suggestions.....

Are you using Exchange server?
