ELUA agreement opens everytime

Hi all
Got a problem with Outlook. Every time outlook is started
the eula comes up and asks for action on accept/refuse
etc. When i accept it comes up again. When i accept the
second time round it goes away . Then a word pannel comes
up with nothing in it. No options etc so its not the fll
word proggie starting . When you close the word screen
everything is fine. ? any ideas ?

XP - 5.1 2600 build 2600
