Persistent End User License Agreement Messages.

How many times do I need to accept an enduser license before it will stop
asking me? In other words, when I launch Word, I have to accept the enduser
license agreement (EULA) before proceeding. When I launch word again, I need
to agree to the EULA again before proceeding. The same with anytime I access
Excel, etc....

I am using Office 2003 on Vista Basic Home edition.

Any suggestions?

Right-click on the Word or Excel shortcut, choose to run the Office
program as Administrator, accept the EULA, close the Office program, and
then start the Office program normally.

If the previous suggestion doesn't help, then see
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=884202 "You must accept the Office
End User License Agreement every time that you start an Office program".
