The End-User License Agreement (EULA) keeps poping up every time I open an
Office program. How can I stop this?

I have a new HP Palvilion with Vista but the fix of 'right clicking on a
Office program and select run as administrator' doesn't show as an option...

That probably means that your User account is an administrator which is NOT

No, it probably means she is not clicking on the exe file or is not in
windows explorer. Its not listed on the start menu shortcuts. You need to
be in windows explorer or use Start Search to find the exe.
