Perhaps you could explain exactly what trouble you're having (sadly
we're not psychic, so can't work it out without you telling us some
details)... preferably having first turned off ALL CAPS, as it is
interpreted as SHOUTING and is taken to be rude.

If you have trouble reading text that isn't all caps, I suggest changing
your system settings to a larger font size.

I'm going to take a flyer and suggest that you convert it to a pdf and
attach it. Most recipients won't be able to open a Publisher document
without the program installed (there is no viewer). If you don't have a pdf
creator program, a beautiful (free) program is available from
http://www.primopdf.com
