DL flyer dimensions at copy shop

Hello,
I am using Microsoft Publisher 2003 to create a DL flyer. This flyer will be
printed at a copy shop so I want to make sure the dimensions are correct.
According to the copy shop quotation, the dimensions of the finished product
will be 210mm * 99mm (DL). In contrast, when I go to File/Page
Setup/Printer/and Paper/Properties/Paper Size and select "DL" the default is
220mm * 110mm. Interestingly, if I test print the publication on my laser
and measure it with a ruler the dimensions are 210mm * 101mm. As you might
imagine I'm a little confused as to what is happening here! Could someone
please advise as to the best method for setting the dimensions of a
publication so that I won't have issues when it comes to submitting my work
to the copy shop for printing. I am new to Publisher 2003.

I would think a PDF would be your solution. You can specify the dimensions. I
don't know if the free PDF converters have this option, but it is worth a try. I
know Acrobat will create custom sizes.
