Printing Multiple Copies

Andrew Aitchison

Hi all - I am using Vista Business and Publisher 2007 from the Office 2007
Small Business package.

No matter what type of publication or template I use I can only print single
copies. Most recently I tried to print 30 copies of a single page flyer and
had to do it a single copy at a time.

If I go to File|Print and set the number of copies to 30, I still get a
single copy only.

Does anyone have any thoughts?

Thanks

Hi Mary

The driver is current as of Nov 07 (the printer is an HP LaserJet 1320 and
I'm using the PCL5 driver)

The default printing preferences show under Paper/Output: Copy Count 1 with
the Collated Option grayed out

I haven't tried the PDF route (but I will)

Thanks - Andy

Is your printer driver current? What is the default in the printing
preferences in the control panel printer folder?

Can you convert the publication to a PDF and then print 30 copies?
Microsoft has an Add-in for save as a PDF.

FWIW...there's a Vista compatible PCL 5
driver for the HP LaserJet 1320 (version 4.5
dated: 04-01-2008) at the following HP site.
