Email a form possible?

I have an Access form that I want to email using Outlook. The user would
fill out the form and send it back to me. I would then save the form to
the Access database.

Is this possible??

That is not going to work. An Access form is interactive. It has code that
runs behind it. All you could sent would be an image of the form and there
would be no way for the user to fill it out. There would also be no way to
update the Access database with that form.
