Email a hyperlink

We're trying to solve how to email hyperlinks.

In other Windows programs (at other companies), I've been
able to attach documents and in the "Insert" dropdown,
specify "As a hyperlink"...

Any ideas??

You can copy the address from the address bar and paste it
into an email. You need to have your mail format set up
for html (located in Tools --> Options)

What version of Outlook are you using? Are these files on a local network
or your personal hard drive? Do you not see this option when you use the
Insert->File window?
