Is there a way to have access email a report to ONLY
those people associated with a specific record? For
example, can I enter a record for client number 12345,
and then have this record (in rtf format) sent
automatically via email to only those people who I have
entered as being associated with his case? The persons
associated with each case would be different so who I
send it to would have to be dependant upon which client I
was working with at the time. I have found a couple of
ways that somewhat work, but one will only allow me to
send everything to the same people all the time, another
will automate the insertion of the report in RTF format
into an email program, but then I have to manually select
who to send it to. Is there a way to automate the entire
process?
