email account set up

my email works but it downloads to an "Inbox" under the account name
([email protected]) and not the Inbox in "Personal Folders." This
means that my handheld can not download my email. How do I send the messages
in the "[email protected]" Inbox in thte "Personal Folders" Inbox.

Hi tristero,
where are the mail from [email protected] are storing in?
You only need to set up this account in Outlook, after that, all incomming
mail went into your "normal" inbox folder.

they store in an 'inbox' under [email protected]-- this is sesparte
from the empty 'Inbox' under Personal folders...weird

no- couldn't figure out how to create a new rule for this. any advice?

sorry i have only the german version of outlook, but the rules sounds like
this!
First create a contact with your email [email protected]
RUlLE WIZARD
NEW | After receiving mail from a person (in that way
[email protected])
move them to "INBOX" and stop working other rules.
