Need help please. Have Outlook 2002, newly reinstalled via Office XP for
Students due to PC problems, and now get this message in Outlook when I use
Tools, Email Accounts, " The operation failed due to a registry or
installation problem. Restart Outlook and try again. If the problem persists,
please reinstall. I restarted and reinstalled a few times. Nothing changes.
I want to have Outlook 2002, which opens fine, allow me to connect to my
IPS, but I cannot get past this message.
