Try Tools-Send/Receive Settings-Define Send/Receive Groups-All Accounts-Edit
and set the send/receive parameters there.

That's where I get stuck. It's listed as ALL ACCOUNTS. I

Highlight All Accounts, click Edit. A window will appear showing the
separate accounts. Click on each one individually and edit the Send/Receive
settings.
