I was trying to set up Outlook to recieve and send my email via us.army.mil.
After a lot of tries and phone calls to both Army knowledge online and
America On line (my ISP) I decided to try Outlook express. Two tries and I
got mail and I can transmit mail.
Here is my question what is up w/ Outlook? The setting I used for both are
identical!
