I've never hit a limit with Outlook. Ive never sent the same email to
more than 20 or 30 at a time either. If you hit a limit, you'll know.
You're ISP will tell you, or Outlook will

Outlook will not tell you as it has no limits. Limits are set by the server
or the ISP.
