Please tell me how can I email my complete address book to someone else so that they can also use it on thier machine.

Outlook does not use an address book.
Are you certain you are using Outlook?
If so, copy your Contacts Folder to a new PST file and send that PST file to
the other user.

Hi,

I would prefer that you export the contacts as a CSV (Windows ). I think
that the CSV format supports Contacts better as compared to the PST file
format.

Hope this helps !!!

Very bad idea.
This is merely a good way to lose or corrupt data. Never change file formats
when moving from one installation of Outlook to another.
