Thanks for help, but didn't work. When I got to the Microsoft Outlook
Address Book box, the only choices were First Last (John Smith) and File
As
(Smith, John). I think I need to find a way to have the "To..." button on
emails refer to the "File As:" field in Contacts or have the "Display as:"
field show last name first.
Any more ideas?

My "Contacts" listing appears last name first as I want it, but when
