This 'address' is a news group (from the header: Newsgroups:
microsoft.public.excel). There is no email address. :)

Note also that news groups are normally for words only (ie text) and not
attachments - unless it's (say) a binary group of some sort. Most news
servers will simply strip the attachment off and many servers carry no
binary groups at all.
Suggest you ask your question as simply as possible (but no simpler :) )
using an example. There are heaps of knowledgeable people here and someone
is almost certain to be able to help you. :)

You could always post the workbook to a web file server (there are many free
ones), post the URL here, and the readers can choose whether they open it or
not.
