Email addresses display as Full Name field

A number of email addresses in my contacts display as the Full Name of that
contact instead of the email address. When I double-click the email address
field the Properties window appears, showing the proper email address. How
do I get Outlook to just display the email address in the email address
field?

In Outlook 2002 and higher, you can manually change the Display as: filed to
whatever you want.
