It should be simple. I went to where you select the sound but nothing happens.

Please let me know how to resolve this problem. I can't get the system to alert me by sound when a message arrives. I've checked the area where you select the sound but nothing happens. Thank you.

Did you upgrade? This was fixed in the first update. You should be at
12.1.1.
