email an excelsheet using MS outlook

Hi Everyone,

i would like to ask how to email an excelsheet using MS outlook ?
coz everytime ,it automatically launch "outlook express" to email out those
excel sheet

set outlook as your default Email Client in Control Panel-Internet
Options-Programs
