When I click on "send" in MS Word, e-mail does not open. There is no e-mail
possibility in Excel.

Do you have any email client set up on your machine?

Which Office version (e.g., XP, 2003, 2007, etc.) and edition (e.g.,
Standard, Professional, etc.)? Which email application is set as your
default in Windows, and is it a MAPI-compliant email application? See
