I can not read attachments that I open in outlook, be it text or photos. A
conversion box appears with different languages in it. This appears to only
be happening with Word documents. PDF documents are ok.
This has happened all of a sudden, obviously I have done something I should
not have and being not terribly computer literate I do not know how to fix
it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
