I am experiencing a situation when I receive an email with
an attachment containing a scanned document or pictures.
When I open the attachment to view the scanned content, I
use the blue forward/backward buttons and scenes and
pictures from the last Internet Website I viewed are shown.
This only seems to happen with email attachments that have
scanned contents (I hope/think).
I do not want to forward any of these because I think the
Website contents may be forwarded also.
I use Windows XP Home, with all the updates installed;
Norton Internet Security, which includes a firewall and
antivirus; a firewall from my Internet provider (Road
Runner); and have the email security checked to "not open
or save attachments that might contain a virus".
If anyone can help me to delete this situation, please let
me know how.
Thank you, Mark
