We have configured Outlook 2003 on our terminal server and
currently piloting before roll-out. We have encountered a
problem where if you open an email that contains other
emails as attachments, you can only open the attached
email once, if you close it then try to re-open it, you
receive a 'The operation failed' error message. The only
way round this is to close outlook and then re-open it to
let you back into the attachment email. Any thoughts? I
have looked through the KB, but nothing seemed to relate
to this.
