Easiest way to reestablish the correct file association is to save the
attached file to your hard disk, open Windows Explorer (or My Computer),
browse to the folder you saved it in, right-click the file, select "Open
With", "Choose program", select "PowerPoint", and make sure the "Always use
the selected program..." checkbox is checked then click "OK".
