Outlook automatically checks the names I type in the To box against my
Address Book. If multiple names are found, and I have used the address
before, the name is underlined with a green, dashed line. Right-clicking on
the name is supposed to list the other names found. When I right -click I get
the error message: "Cannot perform the requested operation. The command
selected is not valid for this recipient." It happens with all recipients.
It's worked fine until I recently recovered from a HD crash. Can anyone help
me? I don't even know how to succinctly ask the question to search for an
answer. Thank you.
